Administrative Coordinator to act as the point of contact for our customers, employees, and vendors!

Administrative Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • handling of incoming calls
  • scheduling appointments
  • securing reservations
  • supporting internal and on-the-road staff
  • over the phone sales
  • posting to social media
  • completing paperwork
  • other various tasks and projects

Business is booming, and the Administrative Coordinator needs to help the company grow, which means position is always evolving!

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ultimately, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure all daily procedures run smoothly. You will work closely with various department managers to help create and maintain a high performing team.

The role is, at times, fast-paced and integral to the success of the company. Being a self-starter, having good time management, strong interpersonal skills, common sense, analytical comprehension and math skills are all a major plus. Having an easy-going personality and a team player are paramount.
